How can i remove redness from my back acne fast?

Basically, i have a birthday party to go to tomorrow, and my back is covered in red marks from acne that (mostly) used to be there. I've cleared up mostly, but the redness remains. The party is tomorrow, so does anyone have any quick fixes? I desperately need them. Thank you to any who can help.
