Careers in science help?

I am going to be a sophomore in high school next year and im looking for my future career. I want to be a marine biologist or oceanographer but i am not completely sure yet. are there any other careers in science that pay decent? Also I would like to work on the field professionally or in a lab, not in a zoo or something. And what colleges are good for these fields? My freshman gpa was a 3.6 if that helps :D
