Can you put money on someone elses credit card?

Okay so i have been saving up all my money and I need to put it onto my Mums credit card, She is sick but i desperately need it to be on the card Today. I was wondering if my (22) year old sister could take the card (and my money) and put it on the card down at NAB, can she?
