Why only Creationists?

It is a fact that scientific research studies are often falsified to get research grants.Research studues are falsified about precrition drugs and the vaccine autism studues are often funded by people associated with big pharma.Whomever has the most money,can pay for the results to say exactly what they want it to say,so I don`t trust science all that much.
