Marine biology or medical?

So i cant decide whether to do marine biology or neurosurgeon... marine biologist seems more laid back/ interesting but im talented in medical things. neurosurgeon i would have to stay in surgery for very long time, im not sure that's a great option. is there any jobs that i would learn about the brain and its functions without being a psychologists or surgeon..any advice about either option would be great.
