Is there a spoken word youth team in texas that competes?

I live in the college station, Tx area and I am desperately trying to find out if there is one, or multiple, spoken word (a type of poetry) teams close to me or in Texas at all. I will be a junior in high school and i feel it is about time that i join into something i have long admired. Any information would help a lot.
