Stuck in the middle of writing a movie script! Help?

Kince(17) and Austin(21) are brothers. They go to the beach one day, and a tiger shark tries to attack Kince and out of nowhere comes a huge orca whale that kills the shark. After getting back to the beach Kince sees what saved his life and heads back into the water and swims to the whale. A boat pulls up with a marine biologist and his daughter, Stephanie. The boys are invited on board, and are told about the whale. His name is Bocca and he was seperated from his family by a group of whalers. The rest of his family is headed toward Antarctica. The marine biologist says he will not take on a group of whalers. Kince, Austin and Stephanie plan to help him to get to his family. The very next morning they head out to sea to find Bocca. Along the way they meet a group of marine biologist studying dolphins who agree to help Bocca get home. When they have to take the boat in for fuel, Kince hears a old man saying, "a bunch of kids came in with a whale, we should follow them out of here and get it." He fights with the old man and pushes him into freezing cold water. The then head back out to sea and it starts to storm. The boat that Austin, Kince and Stephanie are on hits a rock and starts to sink, so they have to get their stuff to the other boat that the marine biologist are on....thats where I'm stuck.
