HELP PLEASE DESPERATELY NEEDED:/?

im a 16 year old girl, with curly blonde hair mid way down my back, i clip the front side bits up so there not in my face, however snc do so for about 4 months, ive noticed where i do it two sections of hair areas have extreemly thin hair,- most of its broken, i've got prom next week an will have a bald spot :'(
