What is a good salon quality leave-in conditioning cream for *curly* hair? *I desperately need help!*?

I have very *dry*, frizzy, unmanageable curly hair. I need a good leave in conditioning cream that is salon quality. Preferably with no alcohol. I've heard good things about bed head and redken, and I like all natural products. There are so many choices I don't know what one is a good one for me. Any ideas? Thanks!
