I need advice please! I'm trying to lose weight by trying the Supreme 90 workout sold at Bed Bath and Beyond..?

It's very similar to the P90x workout, but at a very affordable $20. I'm 5'0 , 143 pounds- and I'm trying to lose about 30-35 pounds. Before I had my daughter, I weighed 117, which was not bad, but even then, I still had a lil gut. Anyway- I'm VERY insecure about my weight and how I look in my clothes my daughter is now 3 yrs. old, and I still wear my maternity jeans bc they are the only jeans that fit :( my arms are fat and I have this very annoying fat around my neck area that I also desperately need to get rid of..... Now, I DO NOT want to get "ripped" , I just want to drop all this weight I'm carrying around belly area, and have lean arms and legs. Anyway, my question is : by trying this workout program, is it for sure that I will get "ripped" (which is what I don't want) . I just want to try out the whole "muscle confusion" . It makes sence bc the usual excercise routines and diet isn't helping out much. Ive hit a plateu. ( **at the beginning of the month I weighed 147 but have only lost a few pounds, and cant seem to lose anymore) thnx in advance everyone- and sorry for blabbin' so much!)
