I accidentally severed part of my right pinky finger (I'm right handed) while working as a biologist on a fishing boat in CA state. Should I expect compensation (and how much) for this permanent disability (Dr. said 1-2%), apart from the 2/3 of weekly pay compensation for lost wages? It occurred simply as an accident - no fault. The last 1/3 of the finger was amputated. Thx
